The Forcesure IoT-Module is a low-power, LTE-connected sensing unit designed for remote monitoring of force data. The module has analogue, pulse, and temperature inputs and is directly compatible with the Databolt, enabling real-time data collection and alarm-triggered transmission.

The Forcesure IoT Module is a compact, industrial-grade remote sensing unit built for continuous, low-power operation in the field. Designed to work over LTE-M1 and NB-IoT networks (with 2G fallback), this versatile module enables real-time data capture and transmission of Databolt information from isolated or hard-to-reach locations, bringing digital intelligence to physical structures.

and built-in real time clock to deliver accurate
bolt force and environmental data.
Transmission
Customizable data upload intervals (60 sec to 24 hrs)
with alarm-triggered transmissions to keep you informed
only when needed, with up to 4 years of battery life.
Protocols such as CoAP, MQTT, UDP, HTTP-Post, and FTP available.

The module is equipped with an analogue input (0-10V), a barometric pressure sensor, and a Pt1000 temperature sensor input. The IoT Module is optimised to collect and transmit critical bolt tension data. It’s fully compatible with the Databolt, allowing you to create remote bolt-force monitoring setups without complex integration planning.
This device includes a built-in barometric pressure sensor, an internal antenna, and a robust IP67-rated enclosure. Its ultra-low power design, with a quiescent current of 15μA, enables up to four years of battery life from a single D-cell, making it ideal for long-term unattended data transmission.
